What data we collect
We may collect information you voluntarily submit through the forms on this website, such as name, email address, phone number, company, job title, and message content.
In addition, limited technical data may be collected automatically for security and proper operation of the website, such as IP address, browser type, pages visited, and device information.
Through the adverse reaction reporting form, we may collect information about the patient and reporter, including names or initials, contact details, date of birth, sex, and location. Reports may include health information: observed reactions, medicines used, treatments, allergies, existing conditions, other medical information, and attached documents.
Purposes of processing
We use data to respond to your requests, send you the commercial or professional communications you have requested, administer the website, and comply with applicable legal obligations.
Information in adverse reaction reports is used to assess the report, monitor medicine safety, contact the reporter for clarification, and fulfil pharmacovigilance obligations.
Legal bases
Processing may be based on your consent, the performance of a request or contract, legal obligations, or our legitimate interest in keeping the website secure and functional.
Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw it at any time.
Data retention
We retain data only as long as necessary for the stated purposes, to resolve requests, and to meet legal requirements.
Once these periods expire, data is deleted or anonymized.
Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, objection, and data portability, within the limits provided by law.

Service providers and data recipients
We use Vercel for website hosting and form processing, Neon for the database supporting accounts and notifications, Sanity for content and professional profile management, and Resend for email delivery. Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics are disabled, and fonts are served locally without requests to Google Fonts. External video players, including YouTube (Google), load only after you choose to allow and load a video. Loading a video connects your browser to the provider, which receives your IP address and may use cookies.
The adverse reaction form sends the report contents, patient and reporter details, and attached documents through Resend to the email address configured for FARMAPRIM’s pharmacovigilance service. The form does not save reports in the Neon database. Relevant information may be disclosed to competent authorities to fulfil pharmacovigilance obligations.
Processing outside the Republic of Moldova
Technical providers may process data outside the Republic of Moldova. In the current configuration, Resend processes and stores data sent through its service in the United States, including message content and delivery information. Information and documents submitted through the reporting form are therefore also processed in the US. Messages are also retained in the recipient’s email system under its applicable retention rules.
