Each suppository contains: ibuprofen 60 mg or 125 mg.

WHAT IT IS USED FOR
A medicine for symptomatic treatment of mild to moderate pain and fever in children. It is used when oral administration is not possible or in case of vomiting.
FOR WHICH CHILDREN
Ibuprofen 60 mg: children weighing between 6 kg and 12.5 kg (approximately 3 months - 2 years)
Ibuprofen 125 mg: children weighing between 12.5 kg and 20.5 kg (approximately 2 - 6 years)
HOW IT WORKS
Ibuprofen is an anti-inflammatory and pain-relieving medicine that reduces pain and fever. The effect develops within approximately 15-30 minutes.
HOW TO USE
Insert the suppository deep into the child's rectum. Dose: 10 mg ibuprofen per kg of child's weight per dose. Minimum interval between doses: 6 hours. Maximum daily dose: 20-30 mg/kg weight, divided into 3-4 doses.
Treatment should be short-term. If symptoms persist for more than 3 days or worsen, consult a doctor.
WHEN IT SHOULD NOT BE USED
allergy to ibuprofen or other NSAIDs (aspirin, naproxen);
children under 3 months (for Ibuprofen 60 mg);
children with serious stomach, liver or kidney problems;
children with vomiting of unknown cause;
children with severe dehydration.
Important to know
Use with caution if the child has heart, liver or kidney problems. Consult a doctor if the child is taking other medicines. Do not exceed the recommended dose. Read the full package leaflet before use.
Possible side effects
Local: rectal irritation. Possible (frequency not known): stomach pain, nausea, constipation, allergic reactions (rash, swelling). If serious side effects occur, stop use and seek immediate medical attention.
STORAGE
Store below 25 °C in the original packaging. Keep out of the reach of children. Shelf life: 36 months.
